20-41x 2K PU filler 8:1

Chromate-free, versatile 2K PU filler for large smooth panels and chassis. Use as a non-sanding filler on large surfaces or as a PU chassis filler; wet-on-wet application is ideal for commercial vehicles. Provides a very smooth surface often eliminating intermediate sanding before topcoat. Easy to apply and conditions the topcoat well. Mix ratio 8:1. Deaeration ~10 min between spray passes. Typical dry film thickness 30–100 µm. If overcoating with SWIN 2-layer B/C, ensure filler is fully dry.
