Chromate-free, versatile 2K PU filler for large smooth panels and chassis. Use as a non-sanding filler on large surfaces or as a PU chassis filler; wet-on-wet application is ideal for commercial vehicles. Provides a very smooth surface often eliminating intermediate sanding before topcoat. Easy to apply and conditions the topcoat well. Mix ratio 8:1. Deaeration ~10 min between spray passes. Typical dry film thickness 30–100 µm. If overcoating with SWIN 2-layer B/C, ensure filler is fully dry. Red shade variant of 20-41x 2K Pu Filler (8:1). Color-specific option for use as a color filler on large smooth surfaces and chassis—mix well before use to ensure uniformity.
