40-150-1000 2K Epoxy Primer is a gray, chromate-free wet-on-wet epoxy primer offering high corrosion protection and excellent adhesion to steel, aluminium and zinc. Designed for cars and industrial vehicles, it has good flow, very fast drying and unique overspray absorption for overpainting after 30–45 minutes. Suitable as a primer under polyester body filler and polyester spray filler. Mix 2:1 (primer:hardener) by volume; thin 10–25%. Recommended spray settings and layer thickness below.
