Sanding sponges

Sanding sponges are flexible foam abrasives coated with silica or alumina grains. Their soft, conformable core makes hand sanding of curves, corners, profiles and hard-to-reach or uneven areas fast and precise without a sanding block. Use them for smoothing, leveling, intermediate sanding between lacquer coats and final finishing on wood, plastic and metal. Suitable for both dry and wet sanding; clogged sponges can be blown clean or rinsed with water.
