Xtrm-Dry 2K Epoxy Primer 40-177 is a quick-drying, chromate-free wet-on-wet epoxy primer. Ideal as a primer before polyester body filler and polyester spray filler, it adheres to steel, aluminium and zinc. Mix 1:1 with 40-177HN Xtrm-dry epoxy hardener. The product offers excellent flow and overspray handling, enabling overcoating after 20–30 minutes at 20 °C and sanding after 3–4 hours depending on film thickness. 500 ml pack of 40-177 Xtrm-Dry 2K Epoxy Primer Grey — same formulation, sold in a 500 ml container.
