Debeer 1-15 2K Wash Primer is a corrosive, passivating two-component wash primer for hardened old layers, steel, galvanized steel and most types of aluminium. Not for use under polyester putty or on thermoplastic layers; if unsure of aluminium type, always use wash primer. Do not use as a shop primer and do not leave a vehicle with unfinished washprimer treatment in a damp environment. Mix 1:1 with Debeer 1-10 hardener. Apply one coat 10–20 µm. Flash off 5–10 min; dust dry 10–15 min. Clean with 1-951 Silicone Remover and sand P180–P240. Use suitable respiratory protection.
