Brilliant Color Bc999 Mix Base

Soluble colorants for mixing to achieve high-gloss special-effect finishes on small parts and diverse substrates. Must be overcoated with Macrofan UHS clearcoats or HF950 Hydrofan clearcoat. Not recommended for substrates constantly exposed outdoors. Prepare substrate to a uniform surface: seal non solvent-sensitive pre-existing coatings with 04706-04710 MACROFAN HS HIGH FILLER or MAC71 MACROFAN HS COLOR HIGH FILLER; remove solvent-sensitive coatings. Allow primer to dry through and sand (wet P600-800 / dry P400). Degrease with 00665 HYDROCLEANER SLOW or 00699 HYDROCLEANER. Apply metallic or solid matt basecoat (BSB or HYDRO 10) to full coverage following the BRILLIANT COLORS fan or MOTORCYCLES formulations. Colorless mix base concentrate (Bc999) for Brilliant Color — used to blend with colorants to create custom high-gloss effect colors.
