70-270 2K Xpress Clearcoat 2:1

70-270 2K Xpress Clearcoat 2:1 is a fast-drying, ultra-high-solids acrylic clearcoat for solvent and water-based basecoats. Mix 2:1 with the dedicated 70-270HN hardener. Spray viscosity 16–19 s (4 mm DIN); recommended nozzle 1.2–1.3 mm and pressure 2–2.5 bar (gravity cup or HVLP). Typical dry film thickness 50–60 µm. Pot life ~50 min at 20°C. Dust dry 1–1.5 h at 20°C; ready to polish after 3–4 h. Forced drying at 60°C: polishable after 15 min. Excellent UV resistance, gloss retention and chemical durability.
