These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and purchase of products from Varmix. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

General Terms (All Customers)

1. General Terms

These terms apply to all purchases made through our website. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Your continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

2. Orders and Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Prices are subject to change without notice. Once an order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

3. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect all goods upon receipt and report any damage within 24 hours.

4. Warranty and Liability

Products are covered by manufacturer warranties where applicable. We are not liable for improper use, storage, or application of products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We do not accept liability for indirect or consequential damages.

5. Data Protection

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the property of Varmix or our suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes will be resolved in Danish courts. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Consumer Terms (B2C)

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of order. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and MobilePay. All prices include 25% VAT. You will receive a receipt with your order confirmation.

Right of Withdrawal (Fortrydelsesret)

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive the goods. Products must be returned in original, unopened condition with all packaging intact. We will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the return. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective. Hazardous materials and custom-mixed products are exempt from the right of withdrawal.

Complaints and Defects

You must inspect goods upon delivery and report any defects immediately. Complaints about defects must be made within 2 years of receipt (Købeloven). We will repair, replace, or refund defective products at our discretion. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Consumer Protection

Your statutory rights under Danish consumer protection law (Forbrugeraftaleloven) are not affected by these terms. In case of conflict, consumer protection laws take precedence. You may file complaints with the Danish Consumer Complaints Board (Forbrugerklagenævnet).
