Flap discs

Flap discs are abrasive wheels made from overlapping coated-flap segments bonded to a fibre or fiberglass backing plate. They are mounted on an angle grinder and used for grinding, deburring and blending on metal, wood and plastic. Available in ceramic, zirconia and aluminium oxide grains and a range of grits, flap discs deliver controlled stock removal and a consistent finish for automotive refinish, metal fabrication and general surface preparation.
