40-010 Plastic Primer

PLASTIC PRIMER 40-010 is a ready-to-use, silver-gray 1K primer formulated for automotive and industrial plastics. Bonds to PP, PP-EPDM, ABS, PC, PMMA, PA, PUR, PVC and GRP. Fast-drying and optimized for spray application: viscosity 12–15 s (DIN 4 mm), nozzle 1.2–1.3 mm, pressure 1.6–2.0 bar. Apply one even coat (3–5 µm). Drying time at 20°C: approx. 10 minutes.
