8-615 Hs420 High Production Clear

8-615 HS420 High Production Clear is a high-quality 2K polyurethane clear coat engineered for fast, durable, high-gloss finishes. Suitable for air-drying as well as low-temperature and forced drying, it is formulated to overcoat Debeer Refinish solvent BeroBase 500 Series and WaterBase 900. Mix 3:1 with HS420 hardener and add approx. 10% universal thinner. Recommended spray setup: 1.2–1.4 mm nozzle, 2–2.5 bar (29–36 PSI), spray viscosity 16–18 s (4 mm).
