70-277 Xtrm-Dry Clearcoat

70-277 XTRM-DRY is a 2K UHS high-solid clearcoat engineered for fast drying and high scratch resistance. Designed for small and large vehicle panels, machinery and equipment, it must be activated with 70-277HN hardener at a mixing ratio of 100:50. Recommended spray viscosity 16–20 s (4 mm), spray pressure 4 bar and nozzle 1.1–1.4 mm. Apply 2 spray passes to achieve 40–70 µm. At 20°C it is dust-free in 15 min, touch-dry in 25 min and fully dry in ~1 hr. Use recommended safety equipment. 5 L can of 70-277 Xtrm-Dry Clearcoat. This SKU differs from the base product only by packaging size (5 L); formulation and usage remain unchanged.
