Cloth tape

Cloth (duct) tape is a heavy-duty woven cotton tape, typically available in grey or black. The cloth backing provides high tensile strength and allows clean tearing or cutting; a polycoated surface adds water- and heat-resistance and improves adhesion. Commonly used for masking, protection, maintenance and emergency repairs in automotive, industrial and DIY applications.
