40-555 is a 1K high-build primer filler engineered to insulate sanded-through areas and fill deep imperfections. It offers high filling capacity, fast drying, good stability and active corrosion protection. Suitable for sanded and cleaned factory and old paint (except thermoplastic finishes), steel, galvanized steel, aluminium, many hard plastics (e.g. PVC, PPO/PA, ABS, PC) and cured 2K putty. Overpaintable with water-based paints. Recommended sanding P400–P500. Gray color variant. Differs only in color and provides a neutral gray base before topcoating.
